Founded in 2021, Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Aromas Finos Del Peru (CACAFP) unites 234 members across 5 provinces in northwest Peru. Spanning both slopes of the Andes and extending into the lowlands of San Martin, the cooperative was established with a clear mission: to cultivate coffees celebrated for their exceptional aromas and distinctive flavors, made possible by the region's diverse geography and growing conditions.
Through hands-on field schools, CACAFP equips its members with vital technical expertise in production, harvest, post-harvest, and organic farming practices. The cooperative takes pride in its 80 female producers, whose dedicated work brings us specialty coffees like our Organic Alpaca Punch – an outstanding addition to our signature lineup. These women-produced coffees, backed by organic certification, not only command premium market prices but also represent the cooperative's commitment to quality and sustainability.
